Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our mobile notary services, including costs, scheduling, required identification, and witness options. Whether you’re planning ahead or need a last-minute appointment, our Notary Quote tool gives you instant pricing so you always know what to expect. As a bilingual notary (English & Spanish), we proudly serve the diverse community of South Florida.

1. How can I know the exact cost of notary services?

You don’t have to guess. Use our Notary Quote tool right here on our website.

Simply enter the number of seals, additional signatures, miles, hours, witnesses, and delivery options. The system instantly calculates the estimated cost, and you’ll receive a detailed quote by email.

2. What is the cost per notary seal in Florida?

By law, the maximum fee for a notary seal in Florida is $10 per notarization. Additional costs may apply for travel, witnesses, printing, and delivery.

All these are transparently shown in the Notary Quote tool.

3. Do you charge for travel?

Yes. Travel is calculated by miles round trip, starting from Miramar, FL (12486 SW 54th Street)

The Notary Quote tool automatically adds this to your quote, so there are no surprises.

4. How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

We ask that appointments be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance

Same-day requests may be available in emergencies, but are subject to availability and additional fees.

5. What forms of identification are accepted in Florida for notarization?

Florida law requires a valid, government-issued photo ID with a signature. Commonly accepted IDs include:

  • Florida driver’s license or ID card

  • U.S. passport or foreign passport stamped by USCIS

  • Driver’s license or ID card from another U.S. state or territory

  • U.S. military ID

  • Permanent Resident (Green) Card

6. Can you notarize documents in languages other than English?

Yes. As a bilingual notary (English and Spanish), we can assist clients who are more comfortable in Spanish. However, the document itself must be written in a language the notary can read and understand to proceed legally.

7. What if I need witnesses?

Certain documents require witnesses. We can provide them if needed—just select the number of witnesses when generating your Notary Quote

If you have your own witnesses present, you may not need this service.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, major credit cards, and business checks. Payment is usually collected at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
