How It Works

This page allows you to calculate the cost of our services based on your needs. Please read the following notes to achieve a more accurate Notary Quote:

Seals: Notarial Seals – Enter the number of documents (or individual notarizations) that require certification.
Florida law sets the fee at $10.00 per seal.

Additional Signatures: Extra Signatures (Non-notarized) – Include signatures that must be witnessed by the notary but do not require notarization.

Miles: Travel Distance – Enter the total round-trip mileage from 12486 SW 54th Street, Miramar, FL 33027 to the signing location.

Tip: Measure the one-way distance and multiply by two to calculate the round trip.

Hours: Time on Site & Travel – Estimate the total time from departure to the time we return to our office. This includes driving and waiting time.

Witness: Witnesses – Many documents require two witnesses. If you will provide your own, leave this blank. Otherwise, specify how many witnesses we need to supply.

Printing: Document Printing – Enter the total number of pages to print in advance of the appointment.

Delivery: Return Delivery (Optional) – Choose this only if the signed documents must be delivered elsewhere: Priority Mail – approx. 3 business days. FedEx/UPS Overnight – next-day delivery. If the signing location is the final destination for your documents, no delivery charge is needed.

Closing note

The final cost of service will be confirmed based on the actual quantities and distances recorded at the appointment.
